Requirements

  • Progressive residential electrical experience (3+ years)
  • Experience in residential repair and install (3+ years)
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of safety compliance
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Able to handle physical workload

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman's license preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine upkeep on home electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
  • Evaluate existing wiring, panels, devices, and grounding to identify hazards, code violations, and required corrective actions.
  • Assemble, install, test, and service wiring, devices, appliances, fixtures, and electrical components using industry‑standard tools and methods.
  • Interpret job specifications and local electrical codes to design safe, efficient wiring routes and equipment placement.
  • Replace outdated or unsafe wiring systems, upgrade circuits, and modernize electrical infrastructure in occupied homes.
