About The Position

Dynamic Residential Electricians work on residential homes regarding the installation, wiring, and maintenance of residential solar systems. This role supports solar installation crews in the field, helping maintain efficient workflows and safe job sites while gaining hands-on experience in renewable energy systems.

Requirements

Any sort of industrial construction experience of any duration!
Valid Electrician License
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Drive to Client Sites, ensuring prompt and professional arrival at client locations.
Ensure Project Completion and Customer Satisfaction from start to finish.
Promote Safety, Quality, and Productivity on every job site.
Perform expert conduit bending with precision and finesse.
Install residential solar PV systems, including electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices, according to contract specifications and design requirements.
Adhere to all electrical work to meet or exceed current National Electrical Code and local jurisdiction requirements.
Troubleshoot PV systems and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Coordinate with inspectors, effectively communicating project details and ensuring compliance with jurisdiction requirements.
Collaborate with the territory Project Manager and Coordinator to coordinate project logistics and ensure smooth execution.
Uphold and enforce safety protocols and training programs to ensure a secure work environment.
Report directly to the Project Manager, providing updates on project status and addressing any escalations promptly and professionally.
