Requirements

• 3+ years of residential electric service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional, team-oriented attitude and drive to exceed expectations
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills
• Electrical: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential electrical systems
• Present Repair Options to each customer to enhance comfort and performance
• Deliver 5-star service experiences on every call
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Maintain accurate job documentation through our CRM system
• Ensure all work is performed to code and follows safety regulations
