Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

• NEC knowledge
• blueprint reading
• bilingual English/Spanish skills

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with rough-in work, wiring, and installation of outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures.
• Measure, cut, and bend wire using hand and power tools.
• Carry, organize, and maintain materials and tools on job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow directions from supervisors and licensed electricians.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
