About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of residential electrical installation experience required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To be considered, candidates must successfully complete Meridian's pre-employment screening process, which may include assessments, interviews, background checks, drug screening, and physical examinations.
Nice To Haves
- Electrical license preferred.
- Experience with service upgrades, panel replacements, rewiring, and residential electrical installations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and upgrade residential electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential homes.
- Complete electrical installations according to local codes and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Other duties as assigned.
