About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Licensed Electrician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and long-term growth. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including electrical hookups for HVAC equipment, while working safely, efficiently, and in accordance with current electrical codes. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on electrical experience, can read blueprints and technical drawings, and is comfortable working with a variety of tools, equipment, and electrical systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrician
  • A valid Electrical License
  • A valid Driver’s License
  • Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and electrical safety standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence using electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • A commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HVAC electrical hookups preferred
  • Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Industrial, high-voltage, or HVAC electrical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC standards
  • Perform electrical hookups for HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, and related components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete repairs to keep projects moving
  • Test electrical systems using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment
  • Work with hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Support projects involving residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work
  • Collaborate with HVAC technicians, other trades, and team members to complete jobs efficiently
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Document work performed, materials used, and job progress as needed
