Glen Burnie Residential DSP Part-Time
About The Position
Bay-CSS is looking for a dedicated Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team on a part-time basis in Glen Burnie. The DSP will provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This role includes weekend shifts on Sunday from 3pm to 11pm and on Saturday from 7am to 3pm, with an additional 3pm to 11pm shift. The pay rate is $21/hr. with a $2 shift differential for Saturday and Sunday. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with car insurance, and the ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration

- Maintain accurate documentation of resident activities and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external service providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents
