About The Position
Con App Inc. is seeking experienced Residential New Construction Drywall Finishers to join our production team. We offer steady full-time work, competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a company-provided take-home vehicle. Projects are located throughout Northern Virginia, the DMV region, West Virginia Panhandle, Baltimore-area Maryland, and South Central Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Previous residential drywall finishing experience required.
- Ability to tape, finish, and sand drywall.
- Ability to safely work on drywall stilts required.
- Strong attention to quality, productivity, and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and communication.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Nice To Haves
- Automatic finishing tool experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Tape, coat, finish, and sand drywall in residential new construction.
- Finish joints, corners, fasteners, beads, and trims.
- Identify and correct imperfections and perform punch/touch-up work.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Keep work areas clean and follow jobsite safety requirements.
- Work independently or as part of a finishing crew.
- Safely operate drywall finishing tools and equipment.
- Sanding your own work is required.
