Requirements

Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
1+ years of commercial driving experience OR a certificate from an accredited CDL school.
Ability to maneuver in and out of the cab, handle outdoor conditions, and manage physical aspects of residential collection.
Strong commitment to local traffic laws, company safety procedures, and defensive driving.
Professional demeanor with a positive, helpful attitude when interacting with local residents.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate residential collection vehicles (side-loaders, rear-loaders, and automated trucks) to service neighborhoods across Hope Mills.
Efficiently collect solid waste, recyclables, and yard waste according to daily route sheets.
Provide courteous, professional service to residents and uphold route quality standards.
Perform required daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is safe and road-ready.
Coordinate closely with helpers, mechanics, and supervisors to keep your route running smoothly and safely.
