About The Position

The Residential Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. The driver will collect solid waste or recyclables on curbside and/or backdoor routes and transporting to post-collection facilities. Join the Green For Life Team! Requirements

• A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience OR a certificate from an accredited CDL school.
• A commitment to safety-sensitive functions and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Strong spatial awareness (backing into tight spaces) and a professional demeanor.
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
• Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate residential neighborhoods in rear-load trucks to collect waste, yard waste, and recyclables.
• Utilize hydraulic systems and compaction units with precision to maximize efficiency and minimize mechanical wear.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide courteous service to our neighbors, ensuring routes are completed accurately and containers are handled with care.
