About The Position
We are seeking a CDL Driver for our Honey Brook, PA location. This role focuses on residential waste collection. Upon successful completion of a road test, a Certified Driver Trainer will assign a truck that best suits your skills. Our CDL Drivers typically work around 55 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with one scheduled Saturday every 30 days. This is a great opportunity for a talented CDL Driver looking for a stable, recession-proof industry.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-B license.
- Minimum of 1 year of CDL-B experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a road test.
- Must be able to work approximately 55 hours per week, M-F with one scheduled Saturday every 30 days.

- Experience in residential waste collection.

Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial motor vehicle for residential waste collection.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Safely maneuver the vehicle in residential areas, including tight spaces.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Complete assigned routes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
- Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns to management immediately.
