About The Position
DH Pace Company, Inc. in Bloomington, Illinois, is seeking mechanically inclined individuals with a strong work ethic to train as skilled Residential Garage Door Installers or Technicians. The role requires the ability to safely lift 100 lbs. overhead and a valid driver's license. Previous experience in construction, general labor, service technician, installer, carpentry, mechanics, assembly, or any skilled trade is considered a strong starting point, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements
- Able to lift 100 pounds
- Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience in construction, as a general laborer, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker, or any skilled trade is a good starting point! We are eager to train!

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Install /Service/Repair residential garage doors and door hardware
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
- Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
