About The Position

Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates is currently hiring several Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in a unique block schedule where you work seven (7) days straight and then have seven (7) days off. Essentially, you will work 26 weeks/year but be paid for 52, having every other week off. You’re paid a higher wage and paid to sleep! We are immediately hiring in both Somerset and Johnstown. This unique block schedule is considered full-time and makes you eligible for our full package of benefits. We’re a friendly, caring team where work feels like more than just a paycheck. Requirements

• A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed.
• Ability to be away from your home for seven (7) days at a time and every other week.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with every day activities like meals, personal care/hygiene, appointments, medication administration, and fun outings.
• Encourage independence, positive attitudes, and personal growth.
• Keep the residential home clean, safe, and create a happy home environment.
• Stay organized with good documentation and communicate with the team.
• Be a positive role model who embodies CNTA’s Culture of Gratitude and teamwork.
