Residential Direct Support Professional (Full time) Tuesday to Saturaday 3pm to 11pm

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- A verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
- A valid New Jersey auto driver's license with less than 5 points; probationary not accepted
Nice To Haves
- Experience in human services is a plus—but not required (we will train the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred/required if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities
- Assist with personal care and promote independence in daily living skills
- Transport individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
- Plan and participate in engaging activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, and outings
- Support community involvement through volunteering, shopping trips, and social events
- Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
