Join us as a Residential Counselor in our Teen Parenting Programs and help young mothers and their children create brighter futures. As a Residential Counselor, you’ll provide essential support, guidance, and life-changing skills to teen mothers in a safe, nurturing environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping them transition into independent, self-sufficient adults while positively impacting their children’s futures. Through counseling, coaching, and daily support, you’ll empower young families to thrive.

Requirements

Experience working with women, teens, or children, especially in residential or community settings.
Ability to collaborate with others to create a positive environment and meet the needs of residents.
A natural ability to manage challenging situations with calm and compassion.
Must be 21+, with a high school diploma
a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Guide teen mothers through daily routines, from meal prep to schoolwork, chores, and self-care.
Help residents build the skills they need to succeed long after they leave the program.
Ensure a calm, secure, and supportive living environment, handling crises with compassion and care.
Work alongside an incredible team that’s dedicated to achieving shared goals and building a stronger community.
