Provides recovery-oriented services, service coordination, advocacy, modeling and support to adults with mental health and behavioral health challenges living in a Group Living Environment. Delivers interventions designed to support Persons residing in an Intensive Group Living Environment (IBGLE) in the development of skills in all areas of functioning under the guidance of licensed clinical staff. Partners with Persons to work towards personal goals in order to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. Follows the individualized positive behavior support plans and skill acquisition goals for all Persons served in the IBGLE.
