About The Position
MAB Community Services is hiring a Residential Counselor to support adults with disabilities in residential settings. This role is hands-on, relationship-driven, and offers meaningful, steady, and deeply human work. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, medication reminders, and household tasks, as well as helping to plan and participate in activities both at home and in the community. The ideal candidate is patient, steady, comfortable with responsibility, enjoys building long-term relationships, and can maintain a calm and supportive demeanor even when faced with unexpected challenges.
