Energetic, committed persons needed to provide direct care for youth in a facility for runaway, homeless, street, emergency foster care and long-term residential care. Facilitates supervision, recreational activities, life skills coaching/training, and day-to-day shelter/residential management (including meal prep, residential maintenance) in Open House Emergency Youth Shelter & Residential Services for children and youth, ages 6-18. Provides direct program and services to youth in a twenty-four-hour residential environment, along with providing twenty-four-hour crisis intervention and direct services for walk in clients. Provides direct program and services to youth and their families, along with providing information and treatment services while the adolescent resides in a twenty-four-hour residential shelter program. Maintaining coverage for crisis and walk-in clients who need direction, assistance, and support due to a crisis in their lives. Provide services which include individual, family, and group direct services, manage the staffing and delivery of all physical and leisure time needs for youth, work with youth on their educational and school progress, and assure they are provided with food, shelter, medical services, and basic physical needs. Provide appropriate intervention techniques and make appropriate referrals.
