About The Position

This position involves supporting adults with disabilities in residential settings. The work is described as hands-on, relationship-driven, and sometimes challenging, but also meaningful, steady, and deeply human. The role includes assisting individuals with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, medication reminders, and household tasks, as well as helping to plan and participate in activities both at home and in the community.

Requirements

• Are patient, steady, and comfortable with responsibility
• Enjoy building relationships over time
• Can stay calm and supportive when things don’t go as planned
• High School/HiSet/GED

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily routines like meals, hygiene, medication reminders, and household tasks
• Help plan and participate in activities based on individual interests —at home or in the community
