What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification is required for this position. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months. Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.
