This position offers flexibility to manage your personal, work, and/or school schedule. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) is a Department of Mental Health funded service that delivers evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in their own homes, apartments, or group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The teams are tight knit, supportive, and multidisciplinary, comprising talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff who provide quality, compassionate care. Relief Counselors are vital to our mission of enhancing the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensuring daily living needs are met, and maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
