About The Position
The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served. This role is part of a compassionate team at Telecare's McMillan Ranch, a 10-bed residential program serving adults between the ages of 18-59. Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams.
Requirements
- High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
- At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
