Is God calling you to this amazing ministry? Shepherd's Gate is seeking a talented Residential Coordinator to join the Livermore team full-time. As a Residential Coordinator, you will support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program. You will demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community. You will ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines. You will help the women stay on track with their goals, leading with grace and accountability. You will foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal and professional boundaries.

Requirements

  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Teachable, flexible, and eager to grow
  • Able to work a varied schedule
  • Polite and professional behavior
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license (3+ years) and clean driving record
  • Applicants for this position must be able to provide a negative drug test result.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background check

Responsibilities

  • Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance by encouraging and praying with women, children, staff, and volunteers
  • Supervise and hold the residents accountable for their program goals and assigned tasks
  • Accept feedback through the supervision process, thus displaying the willingness to learn, grow, and improve
  • Responsible for adherence to standards, procedures, documentation, and schedules established by their supervisor
  • Responsible for attending scheduled meetings and training as required
  • Drive residents to appointments (company vehicle provided)
  • Support the ministry's culture, growth, and success through communication, accountability, and positivity
  • Adherence to Mandated Reporter policy and procedures
