The Residential Coordinator, also known as a House Manager, plays a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals by managing a residential group home that supports several clients diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities and/or Mental Health issues. This position involves supervising Direct Support Staff and providing administrative oversight for the program's success. Daily responsibilities include managing weekly schedules, providing one-on-one client support, delegating household chores, and managing client medical and financial care.
