About The Position

As part of the interim housing team, the Residential Coordinator is responsible for the safety and basic needs of interim housing guests during their stay. The Residential Coordinator provides care and assistance to guests while exemplifying and promoting the established interim housing guidelines to ensure a safe and stable environment for all. The Residential Coordinator also assists with various tasks and duties that support the operation of the interim housing site.

  • Have employment eligibility verification
  • Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
  • Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire: Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test
  • Have reliable transportation
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
  • The ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
  • All regular and customary work must be performed within the state.
  • A resume is required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete progress notes on every face-to-face/telephone contact with participants or collateral contact by the end of each shift.
  • Provide facility tours to guests and new program participants.
  • Provide support to the case managers and program participants to support guest goals as established in individualized service plans.
  • Monitor and maintain the interim housing floors to ensure a hospitable and inclusive environment. This may include keeping program participant space organized and clean, providing hygiene needs, etc.
