The Residential Coordinator is responsible for assisting the QIDP’s with supporting the daily operations, staffing coordination, quality assurance, participant care oversight, and direct supervision of residential support staff within assigned programs and homes. This position works collaboratively with the QIDP, Administrator, House Managers, and Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality participant services are delivered in accordance with agency policies, Idaho regulations, and person-centered practices. The Residential Coordinator assists with staffing coverage, employee support, participant care oversight, medication quality assurance, client events and activities, incident follow-up, training coordination, and crisis response while promoting a safe and supportive environment for participants and staff. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Residential Coordinator may provide direct support services as needed to maintain continuity of care.
