Mercy Multiplied exists to provide opportunities and resources for all to experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and life-transforming power. Our Residential Program for young women ages 13–32 and Outpatient Counseling Program for women and men ages 13 and older are voluntary, biblically-based, and free of charge. Mercy’s Freedom Services equip men and women of all ages to live free, stay free, and help others find freedom in Christ.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Mature Christians with a dedicated work ethic.
Live a lifestyle conducive to Christian principles.

Responsibilities

Support the Director of Education and Residential Operations in the classroom by supervising students, grading assignments, and tracking student progress.
Process new resident intakes and manage daily logistical check-ins, including monitoring and processing passes.
Supervise and manage all monetary transactions and accounts for residential program.
Provide transportation and mentorship for essential resident needs, using drive time and daily interactions as opportunities to build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with residents.
