About The Position

Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, organized Residential Coordinator! Residential Coordinators teach people to become as self-reliant and self-efficient as people are able. The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the general operation of the residence and will promote a home-like atmosphere for people living in the residence.

Requirements

• Must be an eligible driver for RRHSF (at least 25 years old, valid driver's license, & driven for 5+ years) and have a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Know personnel policies, active supports, HCBS regulations, and other regulating bodies.
• Be able to flex schedule.
• Will be required to work all various shifts.
• Must have good written and verbal communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general operation of the residence.
• Promote a home-like atmosphere for people living in the residence.
• Teach people to become as self-reliant and self-efficient as people are able.
• Perform supervisory and administrative duties.
• Work with the team to develop and implement effective programming.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate DSPs.
• Provide direct support hours.
