The Residential Coordinator, in collaboration with the Director of Residential Services, provides operational oversight of assigned residential house locations. This includes the development and implementation of all program curricula and activities within program building and in the community to meet the needs, choices, and interests of the individuals supported in the program. The Residential Coordinator will work with appropriate parties to ensure required documentation and forms are completed for files and billing, ensuring effective fiscal management as well as the supervision of direct support professionals working in the program. Helton House provides support to adults with disabilities and the mission of the programs are to provide skill building, safety supports and other person-centered support services to individuals diagnosed with mental, developmental, and intellectual disabilities. These programs are carried out in an environment where individual rights and personal choices are respected. Our services strive to support individuals in becoming valued, fully integrated members of the local community by assisting them with accessing the full range of community services and activities.
