About The Position
Looking for a residential construction worker to help contractor build new construction homes. Travel will be required typically within an hour or so radius of Auburn. Looking to hire immediately.
Requirements
- Works well with a small team.
- Self-motivated.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge in Framing.
- Knowledge in Roofing.
- Knowledge in Siding.
- Knowledge in Trim.
- Knowledge in Flooring.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge in other areas of construction are a plus.
- Knowledge in everything although I would prefer is not required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize laborers to get tasks done in a timely fashion.
- Work by themselves on individual tasks if needed.
