About The Position
Champion Home Builder, Inc is looking for YOU! Champion Construction Services (CCS) is forming new crews in the Finger Lakes Region of NY to install and prepare new manufactured homes for homeownership. If you have construction skills, this is an exciting opportunity to apply your talents. On-site manufactured home experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
- Some travel required
- Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.
Nice To Haves
- On-site manufactured home experience
Responsibilities
- Assisting with manufactured home installation and setup
- Blocking, leveling, anchoring, and general site work
- Loading/unloading materials
- Operating hand and power tools
- Performing general carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, repairs, and structural modifications as needed
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
