About The Position

Champion Construction Services (CCS) is seeking general labor crew members with a focus in plumbing to join their new crews in the Florida region. This role is ideal for skilled and reliable plumbers or plumber assistants who want to help prepare new homes for their owners. Requirements

3 + Years of Commercial Plumbing Experience
Ability to work well with others, take instruction and work with minimal supervision
Ability to properly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Verbal and written communication skills to audiences both inside and outside the company.
Must have strong knowledge of blueprint reading.
Good working knowledge of multiple jurisdictions and Florida building codes
Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

Driver's license is preferred

Responsibilities

Run plumbing systems to plans in new manufactured homes
Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems and other plumbing materials
Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
Assemble fittings and valves for installation
Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes
Perform any other duties as requested
