We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic Alexandria Design Center team.
Requirements
- Construction Management degree or comparable professional training and experience
- High management, organization, communication, technical and supervision skills with attention to detail
- 3+ years of experience working on residential construction projects, along with 2+ years of project management experience
Responsibilities
- New Home Construction - Building high-quality homes on time, on budget, safely and with high customer service and satisfaction.
- Warranty - Supervising service for completed home projects.
