About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of construction management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction.
  • Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, solve problems, and keep projects on track.
  • Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on client scope of work.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and determine necessary permits.
  • Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and stay on schedule.
  • Conduct weekly on-site visits for open projects and provide updates to corporate teams and clients.
  • Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks, and deliver effective, timely solutions.
