About The Position

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager / Superintendent for a direct-hire opportunity with an established and growing custom home builder in New Hampshire's Lakes Region. The role oversees high-end custom residential construction projects and takes ownership of daily jobsite operations, trade coordination, scheduling, productivity, and workmanship. The builder has a steady pipeline of luxury custom homes under construction and additional projects continually coming in. This is a permanent, long-term career opportunity.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, or in a similar leadership role.
Strong background in custom home building or high-end residential construction.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
Solid understanding of residential construction processes, scheduling, and jobsite operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort using technology for project tracking and communication.
Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as project demands require.

Nice To Haves

Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
OSHA certifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on high-end custom residential construction projects.
Coordinate and direct tradespeople, subcontractors, and onsite crews.
Organize daily tasks and ensure crews have clear priorities.
Work with the office to schedule subcontractors, materials, and upcoming work.
Monitor project schedules, progress, and workmanship to keep projects moving efficiently.
Identify and resolve jobsite issues to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
Maintain communication between field teams, subcontractors, and office personnel.
Use a company-provided iPad for project coordination and jobsite management.
