About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role involves arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, traveling to customer homes, greeting them, establishing rapport, demoing existing bath/shower, installing new tub or pan, wall surround, and updating plumbing if needed. The Installer will also be responsible for thorough cleanup, showing care for the customer's home, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse.

Requirements

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
