Residential Construction Field Manager
About The Position
House Buyers of America is seeking a Residential Construction Field Manager to oversee the project management of home renovations. This role involves managing all aspects of 3-6 projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. The manager will work from various job sites throughout the greater Maryland area, requiring residency in Maryland. Requirements
- 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete 5-10 projects per month according to the set project timeline
- Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors
- Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process
- Manage project timeline, respond to all inspections
- Deliver equipment to job sites if needed
- Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure all work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property
