About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Residential Concierge to deliver exceptional service and personalized experiences for its homeowners. This role is crucial in establishing a welcoming, secure, and seamless residential environment by anticipating residents’ needs and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or residential services (luxury environment preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English; additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Nashville area or willingness to quickly develop local expertise
- Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to residents, handling requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries regarding residence, hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages, deliveries, mail, and resident belongings.
- Coordinate access to the building for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors while ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate homeowner profiles and update resident preferences.
- Utilize internal systems to coordinate service requests with Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and local experiences leveraging knowledge of Nashville.
- Oversee elevator bookings for move-ins, move-outs, and large deliveries.
- Ensure residential common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with hotel departments and residential team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with Residential Association rules and Four Seasons policies.
- Support team operations during peak periods, including coverage for other residential roles.
