About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking dependable and professional Security Officers for a permanent second-shift assignment at a gated residential lakefront community in Auburn, Pennsylvania. Officers maintain a visible security presence during evening hours, conduct patrols, monitor property access, and respond to incidents or resident concerns. The role suits reliable, observant, self-motivated people who can work independently and provide professional customer service. The position has a consistent, non-rotating full-time schedule: Monday 4:00 PM–11:00 PM; Tuesday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; Wednesday 4:00 PM–11:00 PM; Saturday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; and Sunday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. The assignment is permanent and offers long-term placement.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Comfort working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community.
Monitor community entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed.
Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift.
Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
