Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina (regular lifting of 10-50 lbs, occasionally 100+ lbs)
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb, and move throughout the day
- Comfort working in varying seasonal temperatures
- Background check and drug test required upon hire
- Participation in our random drug testing program

Responsibilities
- Assisting drivers with residential and commercial moves
- Packing, wrapping, and protecting furniture and valuables
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Delivering items and setting them up at their destination
- Working closely with teammates to keep moves smooth and on schedule
