The Residential Therapist is responsible for providing leadership in ongoing development of the program, and for providing treatment and casework services to the adolescents boys and girls aged 10-16 in the Boelkins program. They provide leadership and supervision of treatment planning, to lead group, individual and family therapy sessions, and to work with other treatment personnel in establishing a therapeutic milieu within the program.
