Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable in a commission-driven role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong people skills (you enjoy talking to others)
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently
• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of roofing or construction is a plus (not required)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus - but not required

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Conduct simple roof inspections (we'll train you)
• Guide clients through the insurance claims process
• Build trust and long-term relationships
• Work alongside project managers & adjusters
• Manage project details and client updates in our CRM
• Track your pipeline and close opportunities
