House Cleaner / Residential Cleaning Technician – Mon–Fri, No Weekends
About The Position
Comprehensive Cleaning Solutions (CCS) is hiring Residential Cleaning Technicians to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy an active workday, prefer not to sit behind a desk, and want their evenings and weekends free. CCS provides paid, hands-on training, so prior cleaning experience is not required. The job involves working with a teammate or small crew to clean homes in the Harrisburg area, following client checklists and ensuring high-quality service. CCS emphasizes a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse
- Willing to complete a background check
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the workday
- Able to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Able to lift approximately 25–30 lbs.
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team

Responsibilities
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting
- Following easy-to-use client checklists
- Double-checking your work before leaving
- Working together with your teammates to stay on schedule
- Caring for company supplies and equipment
- Providing friendly, respectful service to our clients
