About The Position
We're looking for an experienced residential cleaning professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is ready to grow into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cleaning but also wants to help train new team members, maintain quality standards, and support daily operations. You'll spend most of your time cleaning homes (70% to 80%) while gradually taking on additional leadership responsibilities as our company grows.
Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities
