About The Position
Triad Cleaning Crew is expanding into residential cleaning and is seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Cleaning Lead to help build this division. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in exceptional results, enjoys leading by example, and desires growth opportunities within the company as residential services expand. Initially, this is a part-time position with the potential for more hours and advancement as the residential division grows.
Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning experience required.
- Available to work weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning in customers' homes.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure every home meets our standards.
- Help train and mentor new residential cleaners as the team grows.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Identify and report any issues that need attention.
- Represent Triad Cleaning Crew with professionalism and excellent customer service.
