About The Position

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking experienced Residential Cleaners to clean private homes and short-term rentals on a route. This role involves cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and performing turnover resets according to a written checklist with photo confirmation. The position is part-time, W-2, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience. The service areas include Charlotte, NC, and Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Gaston, and York counties.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of professional residential or short-term-rental cleaning experience
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes
• Professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Complete each home to the written checklist
• Handle turnover resets for short-term rentals
• Photo-confirm completion and report damage or supply needs
• Represent the firm professionally in clients' homes
