About The Position

In this role, the Residential Caseworker will help each consumer reach a maximum level of self-sufficiency through individualized interventions as well as the support of an overall therapeutic milieu. Interventions are based on service plans developed collaboratively with individual consumers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, providing hands-on support and gaining valuable experience in behavioral health, social services, or healthcare.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a health & human service-related field (preferred)
• CNA experience and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on support when needed
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
• Valid Driver’s License (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.
