Requirements
- High school graduation or GED preferred
- BLS - Basic Life Support (includes RQI), Food Handler’s, & First Aid cards will be required within 14-days of hire
- Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire. Employees can work while in pending status. Grace periods will be adjusted in accordance with DOH requirements.
- Drivers License/Abstract
Nice To Haves
- Minimum six (6) months experience providing direct care to behavioral health populations preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing direct services for residential care to all clients.
- Resident support for bathing, shopping, transporting clients to medical or dental appointments or to local businesses, medication supervision, monitoring and meal service and other personal care needs.
- Performing administrative tasks such as documentation of resident’s daily activities, coordinate care with other team providers.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and families in a respectful manner.
