About The Position

Woodstock Building Associates is a custom home design-build firm seeking a Residential Carpenter to support construction projects for high-quality custom homes. This role involves working with a team to complete building, installation, and finishing work across a variety of residential projects.

Requirements

• Knowledge of job site safety practices
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to meet company safety requirements

Nice To Haves

• 2 to 4+ years of residential carpentry or construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential construction projects under the direction of a Lead Carpenter or Supervisor
• Perform tasks including demolition, light framing, finish carpentry, painting, and general construction support
• Follow project plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Travel to assigned job sites as needed
