About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Installer to join our team. This role focuses on installing bathroom shower systems, tile floors, and other construction tasks to enhance accessibility for individuals with impaired mobility. Projects may range from several hours to multiple days. The position involves performing demolition and reconstruction of existing residential spaces to create accessible layouts, providing excellent customer service, and picking up and loading materials at the warehouse each morning. The role also includes participating in manufacturer and on-the-job training, working independently or as part of a team, following all company policies, and assisting in warehouse and inventory management. Maintaining company vehicle cleanliness and adhering to traffic laws is also part of the responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of residential remodeling experience (Required).
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screening.

Three years of residential remodeling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
